Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer standard shipping options to most countries. For more information about international shipping, click here.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping will be calculated at the final checkout page. Free domestic shipping is offered on orders over S$60, and free international shipping on orders over S$150.

Can I change my order?

Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled once the order has been placed.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our current processing time is 10-14 business days. Please note that additional delays may be caused by local regulations and guidelines.

You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

For local delivery (Singapore): 1-2 business days, excluding weekends.
For international delivery: Up to 3 weeks

How do I care for my bandanas or snoods?

We highly recommend spot cleaning/hand washing and laying flat to dry.

Can you help with a defective product?

We apologise that you received a defective tem. Please send a photo of the defect to with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
