Each product is therefore unique and made with love just for you. No two products are the same.Colours may appear different due to different electronic devices and lighting. We try out best to represent colours accurately, but if you have any questions feel free to send over a quick message before placing an order.

Our products are handmade to your specific print and sizing needs, we unfortunately do not accept returns or refund.Please refer to the sizing description and chart here, and make sure to measure your pet's neck or head girth to your best ability before purchasing.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be made if your item(s) were received damaged. Get in touch with us with the photos and details of the defect.Buyers are responsible for any postage cost to send the item back. Once we received the item, we can process your exchange for another item and we will take care of the shipping cost of the outgoing package.
Missing Items
If you received an incomplete order, please get in touch with us with the photos of the original packing and the items you've received.
