We know you're looking forward to receiving your order and here's how we make sure that the process is as smooth as possible.

Once we have your order, we'll get right on it. Our goal is to get it shipped out to you within 1-2 business days, as long as the item is in stock. But if anything comes up, we'll reach out to you right away.

Just keep in mind that if you place your order on the weekend or a holiday, we'll start working on it the next business day. Holidays and peak sales times may affect your shipment timeframe.

Processing Time

Most of our products are handmade to order and the processing time is currently 10-14 business days. This may vary depending on your order size and our current order volume.

Please note that international customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and charges in the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.


How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information, so please keep this in mind if it doesn’t appear right away.
