From the initial sampling stage to the final production schedule, we provide consistent updates, ensuring you are informed and involved at every step of your order's progress.

Wholesale orders can be delivered both domestically within Singapore or internationally. However, delivery times will vary depending on the items selected or the delivery destination.
Additional Information
Minimums
For wholesale pricing, please note that a minimum opening order of $280 USD ($350 SGD) is required. Prices and product availability are subject to change based on our inventory. All bulk orders must be prepaid, and unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) orders.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the products, and the final price will be provided before shipping. Our shipments are handled by internationally reputed logistics partners, ensuring smooth customs clearances. Please note that any additional customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Each and every product undergoes a meticulous inspection before leaving our studio. We kindly request your understanding that, due to the volume discounts we offer, we are unable to accept returns on bulk orders.
Handmade Variations
Every single one of the dog snoods is handmade. Variation is expected due to the handmade nature of these items. We wholeheartedly stand behind the quality of our products.
